Chad L. Beasley is Owner and President of Beasley Construction Services, Inc. (BCSI) with twenty years experience in commercial building construction. 

Prior to his arrival in Notasulga, Chad grew up on a diversified farming operation in Southeast Alabama that taught him multiple skills of equipment operation and maintenance, land use and development, earthwork and trucking operations. More importantly he learned the values of hard work, honesty, and respect. Chad took those skills and values with him to Auburn in 2004 where he was a Summa Cum Laude 2006 graduate of Auburn University majoring in Building Science and minoring in Business Management. Continuing to employ those very skills and values today in his business operations, Chad has overseen dozens of multi-million dollar projects across the State of Alabama and Georgia. Chad’s drive and vision led to the inception of BCSI in early 2018, which has completed a diverse portfolio of projects to date.

Along with Beasley Construction Services, Inc., Chad also owns and operates Beasley Excavation, LLC as well as Beasley Land & Cattle, LLC with his wife Erin. He and his wife, Erin, have two children, Hunter and Tatum. 

Robbie is well-versed in the construction industry, with a background that begins very early on as he followed his father’s footsteps in residential construction, working for him throughout his teenage years. In his most recent years, Robbie turned his focus toward commercial construction, completing many multi-million-dollar projects in his role as job-site superintendent. Robbie Hardy joined Beasley Construction Services, Inc. in 2018 and serves as Vice President and as project manager on multiple projects. With this role, Robbie focuses on providing leadership, construction planning, quality control and safety compliance management. 

With well over 20 years of construction experience, Robbie has established a strong background and reputation in the construction industry. Having spent many years in the field has enhanced his ability to lead and solve complex problems, inspiring those working with him to do the same.

When Robbie is not collaborating with his customers and project teams, he can be found at the beach on a sunny day and enjoying quality time with his wife and children. Robbie believes in simplicity in life and in work. He focuses on what is important and his success reveals it.
